RGS a former member of The National Trust for Historic Preservation believes preserving, retrofitting, or re-purposing structures avoids costly demolition, because there is no cheapest and greenest building than the one does not have to be built. Our notations stipulate Green Building Code strategies for conservation, indoor air quality, use of low VOC materials, and certified renewable FSC woods.
